We met Oscar, the owner of Carolina Railing and Construction, when he initially came out to give us an estimate on a new four foot high black coated chain link fence for our back yard. He was very respectful and considerate and after performing the appropriate measurements, gave us an estimate for the job which was considerably less than the previous two estimates we had received. We informed him that there was no urgency in completing this job, nonetheless, he was able to start on our job within a week after ordering and receiving all of the necessary materials.
The installation was performed within a day and a half on the back yard of our ¾ acre lot. The workers were careful and did the job accurately and efficiently with no real issues. We are very pleased with our new fence and told Oscar that we would definitely have him and his crew work on a future project we were planning for a covered outdoor grilling, dining and socializing area at the back of our home. My wife and I highly recommend Carolina Railing and Construction to anyone considering an outdoor construction project.

Interviewed 5 companies. Most said they could not replace my old Tongue and Groove ..without the price being astronomical and Then the skies opened up and I met: "OSACR,the Can-Do" KING! He beat every other price and delivered the Tongue and groove perfection..And mine is a Wrap-Around Porch ..SO HUGE! I am lucky to have chosen him..so proud of this beauty of a porch..Time to throw a Spring Porch party! TY!!!!!!!! Oscar and is super great, crew!
